Our team is committed to maintaining a safe work environment for all fronts on every project. We take a proactive approach to educate, empower and collaborate with all teams onsite to ensure zero safety/environmental incidents and nonproductive time is the norm for every day.
Below are some of the tools we use.
- Compliance and education on HSE legislation, policy’s, standards and guidelines.
- Risk management and mitigation identified pre job.
- Stop work authority education for all individuals.
- Detailed Job step analysis pre-job, put together by team onsite not office staff.
- Toolbox talk, enforce the above is reviewed and agreed with full team.
- SIMOPS- daily meeting with site managers from all fronts before work starts with 1 week look ahead to maintain safe distances between each team.
- Equipment and training inspections
- Health and safety plan reviews/drills to ensure clear procedures are know in event of an emergency.
